Our Northside School Board met together this afternoon at 3pm for a special called meeting to discuss and decide on our school start date. The school board decided to officially start school on Aug. 26. We are so thankful for the guests that were able to join us! We also appreciate the very helpful input and comments by our parent survey that had 98 responses!! (FYI: 66% were in favor of a later start date)
While we know there are many good perspectives to be considered, we are thankful that our faculty and staff will now have even more time to prepare for a school year that will be much different than we had before. We will also be communicating next week to our families what our procedures will be as we prepare for the school year. Thank you for your patience, support and most importantly your prayers!!
